To access our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must own or have legal rights to distribute all content submitted through our platform. You retain full ownership of your music. By uploading content, you grant 99E Music Distribution the non-exclusive rights to distribute, monetize, and promote your content on selected platforms.

Royalties are calculated based on data reported by digital platforms. Payouts are made after reaching the minimum threshold, and payment methods include bank transfer or supported e-wallets. 99E Music Distribution is not liable for discrepancies or delays in platform reporting.

You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, misleading, or violates the rights of others. 99E Music Distribution reserves the right to reject or remove any content that breaches these guidelines.

You may terminate your account at any time. Likewise, 99E Music Distribution reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to us for distribution will be revoked.

99E Music Distribution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. We do not guarantee earnings or platform performance.
